We all know the two mannerisms of street art viewing- You can call it art or you can call it vandalism. Whatever you think it is, its assuredly a pure form of societal representation with value in both non contemporary talent and cultural portrayal/expression. The walls are free and spray paint is cheap, but its this value that sets it priceless.
